In-depth clinical case review
A thorough, structured assessment of a clinical situation, for cases where wider medical records, earlier investigations and the course of treatment need to be reviewed before any further decisions are made.
The service covers a review of your medical records, an extended consultation of up to 120 minutes, and a written opinion with recommendations.

Cancellations and other important information
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled or moved less than 24 hours before its start, or if a patient does not attend, full prepayment may be required to confirm the next appointment.
Prepayment
In some cases, full prepayment may be required to confirm a consultation booking. If that applies, we will contact you once the appointment has been made.
Public holiday rate
On public holidays in the Republic of Latvia a separate consultation rate of 120 € applies.
We work with insurance policies
Depending on your insurance policy, the service may be paid for by the insurance company. If direct billing is not possible, we will issue a receipt to submit to your insurer.
